Transmitted herewith, for immediate compliance, is the Memorandum from the President dated February 13, 2001, instructing you to conduct a review, according to your areas of concern, of all executive issuances promulgated from 1 July 1998 to 19 January 2001.

To ensure consistency and cohesiveness in the Administration's policies, you are hereby instructed to conduct a review, according to your areas of concern, of all executive issuances promulgated from 1 July 1998 to 19 January 2001.
Submit your recommendations, as to which issuances should be adopted, amended or repealed within 30 days upon receipt hereof to the Executive Secretary, copy furnished the Presidential Management Staff.
