In line with the continuing program of reforms in the government, I hereby order that: cda
1. A review be made of the assignment of senior officers of the Philippine Constabulary, to include a review of their respective past records, derogatory or otherwise; and
2. No change of assignment of senior Constabulary officers shall made without prior clearance from the President of the Philippines. Senior Philippine Constabulary officers shall include provincial commanders, task force commanders and special mission unit commanders.
Your immediate compliance with this Order is enjoined.
