LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 160

SUBJECT	:	Directing the Strict Enforcement, Through the Local Governments, of the Government Policy to Keep Rentals Within Reasonable Levels

In view of the unreasonable increase in rentals of apartments and other dwelling units, which is contrary to the provisions of cdt

I direct you to call upon the city mayors, municipal mayors and the provincial governor to ensure strict and effective enforcement of these laws.

You shall call attention to the penal provisions of the Decree and shall enjoin the local governments to cause the prosecution of violators of these provisions.
