You are hereby directed to form a study group to review the proposed imposition of quarantine measures on animals and meat imports as well as the cessation of the importation of carabeef, vis-a-vis its possible implications on the country's commitments to the World Trade Organization.
Submit your recommendations to my Office, through the Executive Secretary, copy furnished the Head, Presidential Management Staff, not later than 1 October 1998.
