MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 34

Upon the recommendation of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and in view of the continuing inclement weather brought about by southwest monsoon (habagat), classes in all levels in the National Capital Region, provinces of Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite and Rizal will be suspended tomorrow, 09 August 2012. cECaHA

This Circular shall take effect immediately.
