You are hereby directed to meet and ascertain the validity and legality of the claims made by Sannaedle Co. Ltd. for goods delivered and services rendered to the Expo Project at Clark. If it is determined that the National Government has such an obligation, you are further directed to expedite the settlement of the obligation.
Submit a report of your compliance to my Office through the Presidential Management Staff not later than 21 May 1999.
